Researchers from Wharton have discovered that female homeowners, on average, outweighed renters by 12 pounds.
Female homeowners were also carrying around more aggravation, making less time for leisure, and were less likely to spend time with friends.
"Home ownership can be a much more complex idea than just a straightforward expression of what we call the American dream," says Grace Wong Bucchianeri, an assistant professor of real estate at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. The story was reported on Canada.com
But what about all the good stuff that comes with owning a home? Aren't homeowners benefiting from the security and independence of owning. Not really. The research shows that when you control for things like childbirth and income, the difference in contentment vanishes.

Granted the employer may not deduct the attorney fees post filing, does that also necessarily mean the employee should not be required to pay up front?

My case was also transferred to CSC. The transfer notice has a different receipt date than the receipt notice. MY case is now transferred back to NSC.

Do you think we can apply a duplicate 485 when the actual 485 packet is already sent. Even in this case how do you send the sealed medical reports since you have already sent them.

At the end of his remarks before an Asian-American and Pacific Islander Summit in D.C., Reid said, �Finally, we will again pursue comprehensive immigration reform that respects both our nation�s laws and the people from all nations who want to live in America, work hard and pay their fair share of taxes. And it is critical that we bring families together by cutting down on the long waits for prospective immigrants trying to join their immediate family members in the United States. I am committed to reforming our system in a way that is tough, fair and practical.�
He was immediately faced with skepticism and outright hostility. Though the senator was vague on details, one website promptly posted the headline, �Why Does Reid Want to Ram Immigration Amnesty Through Senate?�
More seriously, GOP Sen. Saxby Chambliss of Georgia questioned whether Congress has time to deal with immigration this year when it already has health care reform and 13 appropriations bills on its plate: �I don�t see how, from a time perspective, where they can have a floor debate on immigration. My company is multinational company and per their company policy they can not file two I 140. They are asking me to make a choice . Unfortunalty i am not in position to leave this company and join another one. Please advice what should i choose EB3 04 OR eb2 06.

Option 1:
You could write a letter to USCIS to let them know that this attorney who filed your I-485 does not represent you anymore and future correspondence be addressed to you directly and also to revoke the G-28. You will not get any letter from USCIS confirming that your request was processed.
Option 2:
You could hire a new attorney to represent you. In that case he would file a new G-28, the USCIS does send a letter confirming that they accepted your new attorney representation. Meanwhile, until this happens, all the correspondence will go to the old attorney who could potentially screw up your case.
If you are lucky enough and don't get a RFE till the new G-28 is accepted, You are SAFE. Also, any attorney you hire will charge you the FULL fees for I-485 filing that will be at least $3000.00 plus additional $5000.00 (If your case gets complicated). My best bet for you is to use option 1 and save your hard earned $. As you'll be taking your chances anyways.
You should urge LIVE to start up an emergency rescue service (similar to what AAA does), i.e., to get an attorney who would help taking up cases for members only who suffer from unscrupulous attorneys for free and charge a low monthly membership fees till one gets the green card. I hope someone from LIVE is reading this post?

I have no problems starting with a new labor, new I-140, as long as I can retain my old Priority date. Thanks for the responses. I was told that i can get extension upon approval of 140 as PD is less than 365 days. So i am looking for alternatives to stay legal until approval of 140.

Yes, affidavits or letter on employer letterheads from your colleagues about your progressive experience should suffice.For EB2 you need to prove that you have Masters or Bachelors with five years of progressive experience.
